WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER ORDER DATE?

Generally, we fulfill your order in (2) two days with standard shipping options:

  • USPS
  • Four PX Express
  • Yuntu Express/
  • ePacket
  • SF Express

Standard shipment applies to orders not exceeding (3) three kg.

If your order weighs  3 -- 8 kg and also has other multiple items, then we might ship them separately for you. You can also choose DHL or UPS. 

We will do our best to provide faster and more efficient delivery times for you. 

For orders over 8 kg, you have the following shipping options:

  • USP
  • FEDEX

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A photo of your parcel along with tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you may use the links below to track down your parcel(s).

RETURN POLICY

If the received product  comes with  defects,  kindly send us a feedback and we will ensure delivery of a replacement for free or you can opt for a full refund..

If you don't like the received products, return them and send us a feedback or you may file a complaint through PayPal or through your credit card bank. Once this is filed, we will issue you a full refund.  You are welcome to send us feedback anytime.

We do not offer replacement nor returns on FREE products, for any reason whatsoever.

CHANGE YOUR ORDER

You are allowed to make changes to orders placed  within 24 hours of making your purchase(s) and before the orders are fulfilled. 

You are not allowed to cancel your purchase(s) after the orders are fulfilled.
